Sushi Ninja is cashless
We switched to fully cashless payments on 18 March 2020.
We had been planning this for a while. It sounds simpler than it actually is. The big upside in terms of safety for our team and hygiene convinced us to go all-in: since 18 March 2020 we only accept card & PayPal payments.
The decision was easy to make: most of you were already paying cashless, and on our side it makes a lot of things simpler.
Whether you order online, by phone or on site, you can pay by card or PayPal and add a tip. Online you can pay via PayPal during checkout. For phone orders we give you a code so you can pay at sushininja.de/pay.
Tipping works exactly as before: feel free to add a tip on card or PayPal payments. 100% of tips go to the team on shift without deductions. We cover the processing fees on tips ourselves.
