We opened Sushi Ninja in 2009 on Lindenthalgürtel. Alongside sushi made fresh to order there are warm main courses, udon noodles, gyoza and edamame. We are supplied daily by producers we trust: poultry from Delbrück in North Rhine-Westphalia, salmon from Scotland, vegetables from the Cologne wholesale market, organic eggs from Hof Alpermühle in Nümbrecht and rice from the Camargue in France. Apart from the Kikkoman soy sauce, every sauce is our own.

We are happy to work around what you want, and we prepare a vegetarian alternative to every dish — whether the roll should be vegetarian or vegan. Beside Japanese classics like chicken katsu we have gluten-free dishes such as the Ninja Thai curry or karaage. In the restaurants (Südstadt & Ehrenfeld) we keep gluten-free Kikkoman soy sauce alongside the ordinary one.
