No cash

On 18 March 2020 we switched everything to cashless payment.

We had been planning it for a while, and it sounds simpler than it turns out to be. What convinced us were the much better safety for our staff and the hygiene: since 18 March 2020 we accept card and PayPal payments only.

The decision was an easy one — most of you were already paying by card, and for us it makes a great deal simpler.

Tips

Whether you order online, by phone or at the counter, you can pay by card or PayPal and add a tip. Online you can pay by PayPal right with your order.

Nothing changes about tips. As before, you are very welcome to add one to a card or PayPal payment. Every cent of it goes to the team on that shift, with nothing deducted — the fees our payment providers charge on tips are on us.
