You take orders, coordinate the deliveries, keep in step with the kitchen, and are the friendly voice our guests hear.

You are the organising heart of the day: you take the orders, keep drivers and kitchen in step, and make sure our guests feel properly looked after.

What you will do

  • Taking orders by phone and online
  • Coordinating deliveries and agreeing timing and routes with the drivers
  • Working closely with the kitchen on order and workload
  • Friendly contact with guests – questions, special requests, complaints
  • Keeping the overview when it gets busy: steering the rush calmly

What you bring

  • You are friendly, clear and dependable on the phone
  • A talent for organising – you stay calm in a rush
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Reliable and a team player
  • First experience in hospitality is a plus, not a must
